Founder & CEO – Minori

Anastasia Bezrukova is the founder & CEO of Minori, clean cosmetics brand based in San Francisco. Leveraging her deep expertise in Beauty acquired at IPSY, her background as a certified KonMari organizational consultant, and her personal story, Anastasia built the brand around the ethos of minimalism. The product assortment was developed to fulfill the need for multi-purpose clean makeup that is easy-to-use, meant for everyday wear, and that looks beautiful on all skin tones. Minori launched in June 2021 with its own DTC website , and at The Detox Market, a leading omnichannel retailer in the clean indie Beauty space.

Cécile Tuil

Vice President of Communications – Albea

Cécile Tuil joined Albéa in March 2014 as vice president of communications. Cécile started her career with Pechiney, where she held various positions in marketing, sales, business development, and communications. She was communications director for Alcan’s beauty packaging business (Alcan Packaging Beauty) before moving to Areva’s transmission and distribution business in 2008, where she was director of central communications. In 2010, Cécile joined Schneider Electric as vice president of influence strategy, spearheading influence and marketing for Schneider Electric’s Smart Cities strategic initiative. Cécile graduated from ENSIA engineering school with a degree specializing in the food industry.

Iva Teixeira

CIO – Chief Inspiration Officer- Cosmetics Inspiration & Creation

With over 20 years of experience working in the beauty industry, Leila Rochet founded Cosmetics Inspiration & Creation in 2007, a Trend Forecasting and Consulting Firm specializing in Beauty Innovations. Based in Paris with a network of international partners, her firm works with the top international beauty companies. She earned her MBA from Cornell University (USA) before heading various international positions in International Marketing and Development at Procter & Gamble and LVMH.
Leïla is a “beauty trotter” with a passion for world cultural influences, changes in consumers’ lifestyle, innovations and their influence on beauty and her office has worked on the Green/Wellness trend for more than ten years. She contributes expert insight for Premium Beauty News and CosmetiqueMag and has been featured in various other magazines such as BW Confidential, WWD and CosmeticDesign.
Leila frequently speaks at beauty industry events and has held various conferences all around the world including CEW Beauty Day Paris, MakeUp in events, and more.
