As Vice President of Marketing for MD Skincare (Dennis Gross Skincare) Kelly was responsible for the marketing, product development and production activity related to the brand to over 200 retail doors and 600 spa accounts in the United States. In addition she launched Dr. Gross’ book Your Future Face which helped establish him as a leader in the field of dermatology. In her tenure with the company Kelly positioned MD Skincare as one of the premier cosmeceutical brands in both the retail and professional arena.

It was with this combination of experiences that Kelly went on to co-found Chemistry, a consultancy aimed at advising emerging personal care brands on matters of branding and strategy, followed by Purpose-Built, a one-stop shop for all creative and strategic needs specializing in integrated vertical product and brand development and Brand Growth Managment an agency focused on business and brand strategy.

As an advisor and creative strategist, Kelly has advised man eclectic array of clients ranging from multi-billion dollar brands like Old Navy and Mattel to notable independents like Zirh and SoCozy.

Always entrepreneurial, Kelly has also created and built her own brands. Most recent among these ventures is the award-winning fragrance brand, Odin, co-founded in collaboration with the New York fashion brand.
